Vehicle Sales are Final

Please note that all vehicle sales are final. Ferguson Kia does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any purchased vehicles once the final paperwork is signed and the vehicle leaves our dealership.

Why We Maintain a No-Return Policy

Unlike traditional retail goods, automotive transactions involve:

  • Immediate legal transfer of vehicle ownership and state registration.
  • The issuance of vehicle history reports (such as CARFAX) which track ownership changes.
  • Instantaneous depreciation and mileage accumulation.

Because a vehicle cannot simply be restocked and resold as it was, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances.
