They helped me get my dream car despite it being out of state at what I thought was too far a distance. Charles was informative and not pushy at all. With his and Don's help I was able to drive home with my car in few hours. Charles offered to take care of some blemishes weren't addressed before the purchase! I don't think you'll get that follow through from most sales people!

We brought my husbands truck in after a horrible experience with another dealership that left our truck worse than when we dropped it off 3 months prior. Ferguson was able to get our truck fixed and back on the road in 2 weeks even with adding an additional repair request.

I knew I was going to buy a car the day I went to Ferguson, but I had not made up my mind on the brand. Jeremy B. answered all my questions, helped me narrow down my choice of models, and ran numbers to give me info for payments. Jeremy was very knowledgeable, and low pressure which we appreciated.

Vehicle was a wholesale so my expectations were low. But there was a major drivetrain issue and I decided to take a risk and got it. Took it to get a quote and it’s over 3k to fix. And on top of that the car didn’t even make it 20 miles before the engine light came on. So they reset it just to sell it.

Pretty easy deal. We knew what we wanted and set a time to come look at the car. It was parked where it was easy to get around, just had to move it to a spot that had enough light to see. The only down side? The "Doc" fee. Just call it what it is, "additional dealer profit".
